  On 08/05/17 I took a lawn mower battery there to get checked. I was told they would call me when the check was completed which should take about 1 hour. After a few hours with no phone call, I went back to the store. The employee was no longer there, but I heard another employee say that my battery was never put on the charger. That employee didn't realize I heard the conversation she had in the back of the store. She then told me the battery was bad and asked if I would like to purchase another one. I did not.
  
  The next day I decided to buy a battery charger due to the suspicious encounter at the store. Low and behold, the battery was fine and held a charge. I since fixed another part on the mower and the battery works fine.
  
  I suspect that the employees work on commission and benefit from being dishonest in order to influence a sale.
