  First, the secretary at the New Lenox location is very rude. Second, the doctor did not bother to call in the medication he prescribed. Next, he put the wrong gender down on my lab order. Finally, he did not bother to write a diagnosis on the lab order, therefore I have to call multiple offices to fix his mistakes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
